An operator’s view of how strong products, the right partners, and disciplined execution come together.
I’m Nicholas “Nick” Williams, an entrepreneur, husband, father, and former Division I athlete. As Founder and CEO of NOW Interactives, I work across sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution to connect suppliers with the needs of healthcare, government, and commercial customers.
My work has taught me that a strong product is only part of the equation. Growth also depends on understanding the buyer, choosing the right partners, and building an operation that can deliver on its commitments.
Football shaped how I prepare, respond to setbacks, and work with a team. My faith and family shape why I do it. Through business, advocacy, and the Williams Hope Initiative, I want the opportunities I help create to benefit the people and communities around me.

Nicholas Williams and his wife, Kenisha Williams, founded the Williams Hope Initiative with a mission rooted in community: We're leaving people and places better than we found them. Raising their four-year-old son, Nicholas Orain Williams Jr., deepens their commitment to steward their blessings with purpose and stay actively involved in giving back.
Through a partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Schools and its Helping Hands Adopt-a-Family efforts, the Williams family has supported families transitioning from homelessness with Thanksgiving meals and other practical assistance.
Working alongside It’s for the Kids Foundation, the initiative has helped pack barrels of essential goods for Haiti and other countries, while also providing products for communities in Jamaica and other affected areas following a major hurricane.
Local participation and product donations with Global Empowerment Mission in Miami-Dade have supported communities and countries recovering from catastrophic weather and geopolitical events.
At the onset of the war in Ukraine, the initiative worked with a partner foundation to source a broad range of relief goods in Istanbul, Turkey, and truck the goods from Turkey to Ukraine.
